Fully equipped, 300 acre facility provides for the needs of foals to Grand Prix horses.
Facilities include:
• Full-size outdoor sand arena (with incredible view!)
• Acres of hay fields, including 4,000 feet of Connecticut River frontage for hacking and raising homegrown forages.
• Mirrored, lighted, insulated, passive solar 20m x 50m indoor arena with excellent rubber footing.
• 2 acre jumping field, equipped with full set of stadium jumps (yes, we jump all our dressage horses, especially the young ones, but even those competing at Grand Prix!)
• A variety of center-aisle barns with a total of 26 stalls meet the needs for horses of all ages.
• Main show barn with stalls ranging from 12 x 12 to 12 x 16
• 300 acres make turnout limitless
• The Northeast Dressage Circuit (May – September) can be easily accessed from River House North. Rent a stall or sign up for a complete package with help at shows.
Custom Raising of Young Horses:
Our farms in New Hampshire and Florida allow us to develop truly custom raising and training plans for your horse. Because our facilities are equipped with ample acreage, we are able to focus on a forage-based, balanced ration for young horses, matched with plenty of exercise opportunities. This pairing creates an ideal environment to grow healthy, sound, well-adjusted young horses. Services include everything from foaling mare to raising young horses in small, social groups to equipping our young horse with a solid dressage/jumping foundation under-saddle.
