Breeders Evening: Monday, 15 August, 2011 at 6:00 PM. Wine & Cheese and socializing - all are welcome.
Tentative Time Schedule: Tuesday, 16 August 2011; Registration: 8:00 am; Mare Inspection: 9:00 am, non-Hanoverian then Hanoverians, followed by awards; 10:30 am-Parade of foals, recording of markings; 12:00 noon- Lunch; Mare Performance Test: 1:00 p.m. – free jumping; 2:00 p.m. – under saddle portion; Foal Branding: 2:30 p.m.
Stabling: $30.00/stall/night.
27 permanent box stalls are available on premises, many additional stalls are available within 5 miles from site, Make checks payable to: River House Hanoverians. Payment should be made at time of reservations. Please use the Stabling Form. to reserve stalls. Refund in full if not participating. First bedding (sawdust) provided. Hay available for purchase on grounds. Early arrival by arrangement; no trailer arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Other Requirements: Proof of Negative Coggins for all horses. New Hampshire state may require proof of rabies vaccination.

Directions: From I-91 North, take exit 16, go east on Rt. 25 East for 1.2 miles (through lights and across bridge into NH). After bridge, take first left (River Rd.), and go 1.4 miles. Farm is on left. Parking on right on day of inspection. Watch for gray barns, white house, circular drive.
Facilities:
Mare Inspection: 70’x 152’ indoor arena, rubber footing
Mare Performance Test: 70’ x 200’ outdoor sand (maybe rubber) arena for under saddle test; free jumping-indoor arena.
Warmup: outdoor or indoor arena.
Other: No dogs on grounds. Food will be available compliments of host. Spectator seating near arena, bring your own chair. Extensive parking available on grass.
This will be the 24th annual inspection held at this site.
