Baritone is a 2014 bay, Hanoverian colt by Bretone (Brentano II/Salut). Baritone is out of thoroughbred Slew Sally Slew, who goes back to Seattle Slew. Sally was champion non-Hanoverian mare at her American Hanoverian Society inspection and was accepted into the main studbook. Bretone crosses very well with thoroughbred mares and Baritone is a shining example. He has three quality gaits and an athletic body topped off with a gorgeous head and neck. While many of Bretone’s offspring have gone on to careers in dressage, he has also thrown some talented hunters and eventers. Brother Bear, Brent, and Beckham have all shown talent in either hunters or eventing. Baritone could have a future in any discipline, but his good looks and balanced, fluid gaits make him one to watch for the hunter ring. Asking $8,500.
