Lots of good stuff happening for River House riders lately!

Nora was thrilled to receive a generous training scholarship from the New England Dressage Association. She will be using the funds to train with long time High Performance competitor and trainer Shelly Francis in White Fences. Nora will take both Farleight and Bahai down for several training sessions this fall – work towards High Performance grand prix.

Nora and Bahai received more good news when they were recently invited to the Developing Dressage Training Session with Debbie McDonald at Hassler Dressage. They will be heading up to Maryland at the end of July to participate. Farleight will also be going to work with Scott Hassler.

Gilberto Gonzalez, River House’s Working Student/Barn Manager Extraordinaire, also received good news this month. He earned his USDF Silver Medal! Riding the special Grand Prix schoolmaster, Weide, Gilberto earned his fourth level scores during the winter show season and made his Prix St. Georges debut this spring – earning the full Silver Medal in just six months! Great job Gilberto and Weide!
